3. 보유기간 : 제휴 제안 사항 상담서비스를 위해 검토 완료 후 3개월 간 보관하며, 이후 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다

2. Personal Information to be Collected Company name, Contact person name, phone number and Email address. 
3. Personal information Use and Retention Period Retained for 3 months and disposed under the relevant laws.

2위 정보 수집에 대한 동의를 거부할 권리가 있으며, 동의 거부 시에는 제휴 제안 접수가 제한될 수 있습니다.

<유의사항>(Notice)

딥이티는 제안 사항에 관한 검토 진행 상황이나 결과에 대해 별도의 회신을 드리지 않습니다. 제안자가 자신이 제안한 사항의 폐기를 원하는 경우, 제안자는 이를 딥이티에 요청할 수 있으며 딥이티는 요청 접수 후 즉시 폐기합니다.

Deep-Et Co., Ltd. does not reply to every inquiries. If a suggester wants the submitted inquiries to be discarded, suggester can request Deep-Et Co., Ltd. to discard their submission and Deep-Et Co., Ltd. immediately discards the submitted inquiry.

딥이티는 제안 사항에 대해 별도의 비밀유지협약(NDA)을 체결하지 않으며, 제안자의 영업 기밀에 대한 보안 의무를 지지 않습니다.
따라서 제안하는 내용에 제안자의 영업 활동과 관련된 기밀 정보가 포함되지 않도록 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

Deep-Et Co., Ltd. does not sign individual NDA for the submitted inquiries, and is not under an obligation for security duty to suggester’s confidentiality.
So please pay special attention to not include confidential contents in the inquiries.

딥이티는 제안 사항을 성실히 검토하여 사업성이 있다고 판단하는 경우, 제안자와 협의를 통해 제휴 계약 체결 등 별도의 사업 절차를 진행하게 됩니다.다만, 제안자가 제안한 내용은 이미 딥이티가 내부적으로 진행 중인 사업과 동일 또는 유사할 수 있으며, 제 3자로부터 먼저 제안 받은 내용일 수 있습니다.따라서 딥이티의 제안 사항에 대한 검토 진행이 제안자와의 제휴 사업 진행을 약속 드리는 것은 아니며, 제안 내용의 신규성 혹은 독창성이나 제안 내용에 대한 제안자의 우선권을 인정하는 것은 아님을 말씀 드립니다.
